The best way to find a buyer is to advertise. This is our main role. As an individual it is not always possible and cost effective for you to advertise in a way that will reach the mass market.

What we will do is advertise the property on the internet, where we will provide you with the means to place pictures, plans and descriptions of the property for potential buyers to really get a sense of what you are trying to sell.

We shall also place the details in the national press, this has traditionally been the domain of new developers. We are opening this medium up to the public allowing you as a seller to reach potential buyers that you have never been able to reach before.
